Reservations and Payments

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Final payment is due 60 days before departure. Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by journey and are detailed in your booking confirmation. Generally, cancellations made more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund minus deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to penalties as outlined in your booking agreement.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is required for all bookings. We recommend comprehensive coverage including medical, trip cancellation, and emergency evacuation.

Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, political situations, or other factors. We will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent alternatives.
