Business Travel Advisor
Part-time · Commission + Base · Kampala, Uganda
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your job is to understand what they need, educate them on our China business trips and documentation services, and convert them into paying customers. This is a sales-closing role — confident communicators who love travel and trade will thrive here.
What You Will Do
- Respond to leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, and Google Ads
- Have consultative conversations about our 8-day Guangzhou Business Trip
- Follow up consistently with leads until a booking is confirmed
- Assist clients with documentation and invitation letter inquiries
- Report daily on leads, conversations, and bookings
- Represent Ailes Travel professionally at all times
What We Look For
- Confident communicator on WhatsApp, phone, and in person
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Honest and trustworthy — clients are investing $2,200+
- Passionate about China-Africa trade and travel
- Fluent in English; Luganda is a bonus
What You Get
- Base pay: UGX 400,000/month
- UGX 200,000 commission for every trip seat closed
- Opportunity to travel to China on a future trip
